“Size or other restrictions” usually means that the Association bylaws may place a “weight limit” or other restriction on pets that are allowed to live in the complex.

What are the homeowner fees per month? I read that golf is included in the homeowner fees. Are the High Country Villas on a golf course, or are these fees for a local golf course. Thanks so much,

$539 per square foot is outrageously high!
This is for a tiny town home in a not very nice neighborhood. I used to live on bristol cove and a lot of unsavory characters lurk aroung at night. My car was also broken into.
Only a fool would buy at these nose bleed levels.

Richland Villas is clearly done on the cheap
No 2 car garage and no woodburning fireplace (at least make the gas log look like one) and at least put up plans on the website or a decent brochure and it’s so hard to find any decent info. on it. And very very minimal private/common outside space. And since the sales office was closed I dunno if there is a broom closet or a bread board (which most new homes lack these days-what’s with that)
I have to wade thru tons and tons of flowery meaningless press release fluff to find any meaningful info. when I do a google search.
It’s reasons like this that folks go to zip realty and such.

I am asking about MLS 076056041. This is for the Valley Meadows North condo that you have listed.
1. Do you have a schematic blueprint of the rooms and how they are laid out for this unit? If so, could you email a copy of that to me.
2. What determines the cost of the CONDO FEE? I have seen other properties listed in this same devel with the same sq footage with both lower and higher condo fees. If they should all be identical, can you please confirm that the correct condo fee is $210.00 (others are listed lower).
3. Is there a condo home owners site for this devel? I like to look at those to follow what is happening within this type of community.

Wanted to know what the seller carry back terms are for this unit. Also, what would the monthly HOA dues be?. We would be using this as a second home. My parents live in this park and I know that many of the monthly amenities are covered under the HOA bill
